January 4, 2022, Albany, NY — NoMIS Power is supporting the development of a reliability and ruggedness testbed for SiC, GaN, and other wide-bandgap (WBG) power semiconductor devices within the Center for Advanced Semiconductor Power Electronics Research (CASPER) at SUNY Poly. This new testing capability will allow semiconductor device technology to be further evaluated at high voltage and high temperatures to ensure robust operations out in the field.
